Yellowstone Road Trip

In Mitchell we stayed at the Best Western on Burr and had a tasty breakfast at Cafe Teresa on Main the next morning before hitting the road.

Old Faithful.  We walked into the visitor's center to check the next predicted eruption time, saw what it was, walked outside, waited about 2 minutes and there it was.

Sausage Sampler- Pale Ale pork, Lager apricot elk & spicy Zonker bison sausage on cranberry melted leeks
Jambalaya - Andouille sausage, crawfish, roasted chicken, peppers, onions, tomatoes & rice in a spicy Creole sauce
Salty (pizza) -House-cured duck confit & pancetta, toasted pistachios, dried cherries, mushrooms, chives, sherry cream sauce & haney truffle drizzle
Spicy Peanut Chicken - Fire-roasted chicken, zucchini, peppers, carrots & green onions in a spicy peanut sauce over rice noodles
